To be honest, I did not think it was possible to make money with content and PLR (private label rights). After all, everyone has PLR material and sells it on eBay. Those sites always look terrible and rarely make decent money. But, I figured that if I wanted to get big results from my blog, then I had to test everything (even if that meant using PLR content).

The next option is to create a product with PLR in it. In this case, the benefit of taking PLR content is that your readers have already paid for the story—and it’s in their hands already. They can use what you write without spending any additional time on it at all.
PLR requires that the reader download and read the original material before they can use anything in it in any way. If your release includes photos, for example, they have to download those from their own computer so they can view them when they use them in your blog post.
If you don’t have enough content for everything you want to say, think about taking things from other people—like reviews or reviews of reviews–and combining them into new releases. This way your readers won’t even know that there was anything else behind the scenes; they’ll just think they’re getting more useful information than if you were writing something new.
How many PLR blogs does your site have?
The number of PLR blogs on your site is the single biggest indicator of how well your blog is performing. This is because many people will go to a blog and quickly scan its content and decide whether they want to read more. If they don’t find anything that interests them, they’ll move on to another blog.
On average, you should have at least one PLR blog for every three regular posts — with a few exceptions — but having too many can be dangerous for your site’s performance. If your site has 30 regular posts and five PLR blogs, people will come to the site and see 45 different types of content when they visit. It’s hard for visitors to determine what might interest them, so they spend more time browsing than they would if there were just a few blogs.

If you can sum up all the benefits of using PLR content in one sentence, it’s this: PLR is not only great for promoting your products, but also great for promoting your blog.

That means you can make a living from shares of a PLR asset. Here are the main advantages of using PLR for your ecommerce business:
PLR content is updated frequently and new information is added. Because it’s updated often, there’s more value in it than if it were just a static article. When you get a new article from someone who turns out to be popular, you get that content for free. That’s the one thing you get from buying an article from someone else, but you can get that from your own source too.
PLR is a marketable asset, so it isn’t restricted by copyright laws. When you buy a blog or eBook, it’s still yours, but when you buy something through an affiliate program, you have to limit your use to the specific niche where you’re going to promote it. For example, if your niche is health and fitness and you’re promoting diet supplements with PLR copy written by another author, you’re limited to only promoting them with the products in that niche. You can’t promote them anywhere else until they come up with their next product that’s suitable for that niche too. With PLR content though, when you sell something with it (which we’ll talk about later), these restrictions don’t apply.

Plagiarism is the biggest problem in the world of ecommerce because entrepreneurs are always looking for content ideas to help them grow their businesses. But if you want to make money with PLR, you have to make sure that you are only doing things right.
Here are some tips on how to find the best PLR content:
Make sure that the source material is copyright free. If it’s not, don’t use it because you could get in trouble with your rights owner. I have seen people lose all their money when they were using stolen content because they could not prove that they owned the copywriting rights or that they had permission to use it. You also need to know where the source content comes from so that you can find out whether you are violating any licensing agreements with other people who have rights in the content.
Check out the original author of the content. This will tell you whether or not the author has made any changes to his or her work during its distribution. You can also see what other people have said about this particular piece of writing that is already out there for everyone else to use. If someone has written positive comments about it, then this piece of content is probably something that should be used because others like it too.
Check for plagiarism before using the material in your sales letter or sales page. It may take a bit of trial and error to find the right combination of elements, but once you have everything in place, it likely will bring in the traffic you want.
Here are some basic tips to getting started with blog SEO:
Create a keyword-rich title tag for each post. This is most effective when you include the phrase “keyword” in the title, but most search engines will accept any variation. Add a link that includes your blog’s name and your website address at the end of the post. Include a link to the landing page on your site with a descriptive title. Don’t use keywords in the URL because they can result in duplicate content issues. Keep it short and simple, though — too many words generally confuses search engines as well as visitors who might not know what they’re looking for. Use internal links within your blog posts to make them easier for search engines to find and index. Don’t include keywords in those internal links! It’s better to go back and edit those internal links later if necessary after you’ve done all your keyword-optimization efforts. Link your blog posts together using anchor text so search engines can easily identify related content without linking directly to specific pages on your site — just use the same anchor text for all links that point back to each other or else search engines won’t know which page you’re talking about. When possible, use similar keywords for all of your anchor text links so they’re easier for search engines to pick up on and include in their indexing process. For example, if one post has its keyword at the beginning of its anchor text link (“free download”), another post might have its keyword placed after (“download free”)

The title tag is what appears at the top of your webpage when someone searches on Google or Bing. The title tag should be descriptive enough so that a person browsing through search results will know exactly what they’re going for, but you don’t want your title to be too long. For example, if you’re writing an article about why you should buy organic produce from your local farmer’s market instead of buying from the grocery store, you might have something like “Should You Buy Organic Produce?” Your title tag should be short and clear so that people know exactly what they’re looking for. If you’re having trouble deciding what to put in your title tag, start with one word and try adding words until they fit just right.
- Optimize your meta description tags. These tags appear when someone is searching on Google or Bing and are usually limited to 300 characters in length. The meta description tag is where you tell Google what kind of blog post it is so that it knows which keywords it’s looking for when someone searches on Google or Bing. Try including some key phrases in here, but they need to relate directly to your blog post topic so that people know why they’re clicking on this particular link rather than another one on the same topic.

For example, if I were writing an article on “How To Make Money With Your Blog,” I might use Juicy “how to make money blogging” as one of my keywords. If I searched “how to make money blogging” with Juicy in Google, I would get over 50 million results! That’s huge! That’s more than enough material for me to write an entire blog post! And I could go on and on with the most popular topics out there! Of course, not all PLR results will be useful to my audience (more about this later). Why it’s important to have original content on your blog
SEO is critical to your success in the online world. If your content doesn’t rank well for search engines, you won’t get many visitors to your site. - Provide a logical and relevant name for your business.
- Be short and easy to remember.
- Be available and simple to type into the browser.
- Not be too similar to another website. Deceptive or confusing names can undermine you and your work at every turn.
